Technical Project Lead/Architect for Enterprise Applications on .Net Platform |
| Desired Profile |
* Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least four years professional);
* Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues as well as internationalization utilizing either Unicode and/or multi-byte databases.
* Thorough understanding of MS technologies including-- Visual Studio.Net, Visual Source Safe, SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server, IIS and the IE browser platform;
* Should be very hands on in .Net development tools, C#, and Design Patterns. Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc.

* Demonstrated experience in Swing Components, Look & Feel, Layouts, Event Handling and Designing UI using Patterns.
* Experience in developing the client side of J2EE based enterprise applications using Struts, JSP, Servlets, Applets, Ant, Junit, log4j, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL, and JavaScript would be advantageous.
* Should have knowledge of J2EE, EJB, Oracle.
* Should have sound understanding of OOAD, UML, and Design Patterns. Experience in one or more development methodologies like RUP, Extreme Programming is desirable.

* Experience in : testing enterprise applications developed in Java, J2EE, or .Net. Should have experience in automated tools, shell scripting, and SQL.
* Should have 1-2 years experience in testing enterprise applications, and should be able to design test cases and test data.
* Should have hands on experience in Silk, Mercury, Winrunner, Loadrunner etc.
* Should be able to design and implement automated testing for different enterprise applications
* Experience in automated tools, shell scripting, SQL, and/or Java programming will be a big plus.
* Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Mining, OLAP, and ERP will be advantageous.
* Experience with SEI CMM, ISO or SIX SIGMA will be useful.
* Minimum of 1 year hands on experience in development.
