The ten-acre CIIT Campus is located in the Software Technology Park, Jaipur. A modern institutional complex consisting of more than 70,000 sq ft of constructed space is already operational, and is being expanded further. The Campus is equipped with several facilities including spacious lecture halls, tutorial rooms, computing labs, audio-visual teaching aids, library, canteen and recreational facilities.

CIIT has over 140 computers for students and 60 computers for the corporate development team connected on a state of the art intranet, which extends across the campus. The intranet includes a variety of servers such as Windows 2000 Server, MS Exchange Server, Internet Information Server, Proxy Server, Linux, Apache Web Server, MS SQL Server and Sybase Database Server. The students also have an access to a wide variety of language processors and tools for software development including C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Visual Interdev, Power Builder and Power Designer.

The library at CIIT has a very rich stock of books on computing science, latest computing tools and technologies, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences and management. The library is regularly updated to keep abreast with the latest changes in the filed of Information Technology.

CIIT is staffed with well-qualified full time faculty members who have both academic and industrial experience. The senior faculty members have amongst them obtained qualifications from leading universities in India, USA, UK and Russia.
