 CIIT derives its vigour and strength from its promoter, the CIStems. CIStems has been a pioneer in computer education in many ways, outside the formal system of universities and colleges and has carved out its niche as a quality education provider. The Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India, has thrice conferred upon CIStems the award for Excellence for Human Resource Development in Electronics at various levels.
Though CIIT was established in 1999, the seeds were sown in 1990 when CIStems first ventured into the field of IT education by establishing CIStems School of Computing (CSC) at Tilak Nagar, Jaipur. CIStems School of Computing CIStems School of Computing has a network of education centers in several cities to meet the needs of students wanting to pursue IT education concurrently with their other commitments such as school or college education, thus enabling the students to obtain 'dual' certification in information technology along with the regular certificates/degrees. CSC education centers offer part time courses at convenient locations and times to these students. These centers also offer the opportunity to working professionals to upgrade their IT skills along with their existing work commitments. CSC education centers have established their distinctive mark in this fiercely competitive market through their commitment to quality and core educational values. |
